About Me

Who am I?

Some days this question seems easier to answer than others. Sure I know the basics. Hayli Rudolph - Height: 5'6" (I think). Eye Color: Dark Brown. College: UT. Major: Journalism. Family Sequence (if that's a thing): Oldest of three. As for the deep "who am I" question, well I'm not quite sure yet. Sure I have some leads. I'm a huge awkward dork, which I have convinced myself makes life more colorful. I love live music more than anything in the whole world...well besides my equally weird family (they're truly the most amazing people). I love to travel. The idea of discovery and getting lost in a beautiful city sounds idyllic. These things I know, but I still have some questions about myself. As my graduation day inches closer and closer, I hope to have a better understanding of who I am and who I want to be. I hope you join me on my venture to answer this question in an absolute, certain, no questions asked, firm "Hayli Rudolph is..." Until then, let's go on an adventure!

Orange Magazine

I write for ORANGE Magazine, a lifestyle publication at the University of Texas at Austin. I've been apart of the creative team of ORANGE since my first semester at UT. I started as a writer for the music section, then by the grace of God (and an editorial position opening) I was promoted to the Music Editor. Music has always been one of my greatest passions in life and ORANGE has given a platform to geek out with my favorite bands.

Hook 'Em

I transferred to the University of Texas at Austin in 2016 from Sam Houston State University. As my graduation date quickly approaches, I've been reflecting on my time at UT. I dreamt of going to the school of burnt orange since I was a kid. I'll be proud to walk the stage in May 2019. Hook 'Em!
